POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR AUSTRALIA   A shipping and handling cost of $12.00 is charged for products costing up to $200.00. Products costing from $201.00 - $300.00 are charged $14.95. Products costing from $301.00 - $400.00 are charged $16.95 and products costing from $401.00 - $500.00 are charged $18.95. Products costing $501.00 and over, are charged a flat rate of $25.00. GARMENT COLOUR AND SIZE   Please enter the Colour and Size of your garments in the comments box available at checkout. TERMS AND CONDITIONS   Payments: All payments must be processed before orders will be dispatched. RETURNS    No claims are acknowledged after 7 Days of receipt of delivery. A restocking fee of $8.00 applies to all returns. Goods will only be accepted with a returns authority number from head office. It is our policy to replace all stock wherever possible. All returns will be evaluated as to whether we consider the fault to be that of the manufacturer or customer negligence. Where there is clearly a manufacturing fault, the garment will either be replaced or a refund will be made. We will however not accept worn garments that have obviously had excessive wear or where we consider they have been contrary to indications or have been laundered incorrectly. It is preferable that garments be laundered prior to return. Health risks prevailing. RANGES/STOCK   Due to unforeseen circumstances with suppliers, fabrics and laces are subject to availability. Your order may be put on Back Order or a replacement will be used where necessary. DELIVERY   Deliveries can take up to approx 3 weeks with some items. If out of stock the order will be placed on back order.
